Stress ist ein allgegenwärtiges Problem, das bereits Kinder im Schulalter betrifft. Die schädlichen Auswirkungen auf Körper und Seele sind bekannt. Der Film stellt drei wichtige Entspannungstechniken vor, die Lehrkräfte mit ihren Schülerinnen und Schüler im Klassenzimmer durchführen und einüben können. Die aus den USA stammende Methode der Klopfakupressur wird in diesem Film mit für Schülerinnen und Schüler leicht nachvollziehbaren Übungen eingeführt. Yogaübungen schulen die Achtsamkeit und trainieren die Muskulatur. In einem abschließenden Kapitel wird die Entspannungstechnik der Meditation vorgestellt. In Verbindung mit dem umfangreichen Zusatzmaterial (Testfragen, Glossar, Interaktive Aufgaben, Arbeitsblätter) bietet das Medium Lehrkräften eine Fülle an Möglichkeiten, sowohl den Präsenz- als auch den Distanzunterricht mit Entspannungsübungen zu bereichern. Die interaktiven Aufgaben, das Glossar und die Testfragen wurden mit H5P erstellt und können ohne weitere Software verwendet werden.

We gain interesting insights into the valuable earthenware and are also shown the exquisite further development of the "white gold". Today this versatile material is irreplaceable in industry, too. Whether in space or as an easily compatible substitute in medicine, ceramic is applied in many places.
