Using Solar Energy
Photovoltaics is the direct conversion of light energy into electrical energy. The film uses clear graphics and impressive footage to explain how electricity is generated primarily from sunlight. The film focuses on the energy village of Wildpoldsried in the Oberallgäu region, which generates many times the energy it consumes thanks to renewable energies.
